Electrodeholders

Our Electrodeholders we produce in several types:

Type HM (more here)

1. Holder is without held.
2. Holder does not require higher demand on high quality water.
3. Adjustable height of water column of cooling water.
4. Expansion compensator - older equalizes the lenght expansivity during temperature changes.

Type SL (more here)

1. Electode is centred by the ceramic rollers.
2. Cooling water flow amount ranges between 8-12 l/mins.
3. It requires to use high-quality water without mechanical impurities.

Type T3W (more here)

1. Overflow pipe is added.
2. Higher efficiency thanks the overflow pipe

Type Economy (more here)

1. Electode is centred by the ceramic rollers.
2. Holder works during higher temperature of Molybdenum electrode.
3. Lower energy losses around 20 % in comparision with the other holders.
4. It carries high temperature changes.
5. there is a possibility to cool down the head of electode holder by the air.
